Where it works in Kilifi
Ideal for a partially shaded to full sun spot, thriving in well-drained, fertile soil. Use it as a specimen tree for its ornamental fruit, or incorporate it into a mixed forest garden for its shade and wildlife value.
Growing notes
A moderately fast grower, it requires regular watering when young but becomes quite drought-tolerant once established. Generally hardy, it benefits from occasional feeding in poorer soils.
