IKI is the German Federal Government's flagship funder for international climate, biodiversity and ecosystem-restoration work. The Right Tree in the Right Place for the Right Purpose programme — which informs how we prioritise species — is an IKI initiative.

A Kenyan organisation coordinating ecosystem-restoration practice and policy across the country. We collaborate on the practical side: species selection, propagation and field implementation.

The Little Environmental Action Foundation (LEAF) — a conservation charity restoring threatened East African coastal ecosystems with native trees. We partner on the planting and aftercare of their mangrove and coastal-forest work along the Kenyan coast.
