About

This attractive, medium-sized tree features delicate, feathery foliage and bark that often peels in reddish-brown flakes. It produces small, creamy-white flowers that develop into distinctive flattened, woody pods.

Where it works in Kilifi

Thrives in full sun and well-drained soils, making it an excellent choice for larger gardens or restoration projects. Its dense canopy provides good shade, suitable as a specimen tree or in mixed woodlands.
