About
This small to medium-sized tree, reaching up to 15 metres, features smooth grey-brown bark and ovate-elliptic leaves. It produces green-brown-red axillary flowers and green fruits with raised spots. Found in coastal and riverine forests, its wood is used for general timber and tool handles, and fruits have traditional medicinal uses.
