About
This species is a shrub or small tree that can grow up to 15 metres tall. It is endemic to eastern Kenya and eastern Tanzania. Its wood is occasionally used for poles in house building.
Where it works in Kilifi
As an indigenous species endemic to eastern Kenya, it is suitable for native garden plantings or ecological restoration projects on the Kilifi coast, growing as a specimen or small shade tree.
