About

Pycnocoma littoralis is a sparingly branched or single-stemmed shrub, sometimes growing into a tree, typically reaching 3-6 metres, occasionally up to 10 metres. Its leaves are crowded towards the ends of the branches. The plant produces cream-yellowish flowers arranged in distinctive spirals, and is native to the dry coastal forests of eastern Africa, often found on coral outcrops.
